MPI's project reports for research relating to the bacterial pathogen Salmonella.


The following project reports for Salmonella include attribution, baseline food and environmental surveys, growth and inactivation kinetics, and control measures. 

Tips - try using:
  • one word for precise results - for example, alligator
  • multiple words for broader results. For example, alligator meat returns documents with either alligator or meat
